Mobile Deposit

From any location, At any time

While Brady National Bank is proud to serve our community at our single branch located in the heart of Texas, we know people are on the move; people are busy.
We know it is not always easy to make it to the bank to conduct business. That is why it is a priority of ours to offer an option to deposit checks digitally from any location at any time.

Mobile Deposit is a feature of our mobile app, The Brady Bank App, where consumers and small business users can easily capture and upload check images to complete a deposit transaction without having to go to the bank.

It's simple to get started. Check out the tutorial, enrollment instructions, and answers to frequently asked questions included below.

Enrollment

Consumers and small business users only need to download our app and press "Deposit" on the dashboard or "Deposit checks" from the main menu to begin enrollment. Bank staff will then review and approve deposit access shortly afterwards. Finally, we will inform customers of their approval and initial deposit limits.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why use mobile deposit?

Save a trip to the bank. While funds will be available the next processing period, you can make the deposit from any location and at any time of day.

Even if you no longer reside in Brady, you can still bank with us.

When will my money be available?

If you make the deposit before 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, the check funds can be available as soon as that evening. Checks made outside of hours or during the weekend will be reviewed for approval the next banking day. There are a few instances when we may place a hold on funds availability and that will be communicated directly if that happens.

Why wouldn’t my check deposit be approved?

It is important the item is properly endorsed with the “For Mobile Deposit at Brady National Bank Only” language.

It is important that the check be made out to the accountholder of the account the deposit is going into.

It is important that the item is a Check and not a money order or other instrument. Otherwise, the item will not be accepted.

If there is any minor input discrepancy between the amount entered and what is on the face of the check, that can usually be resolved without a delay of processing otherwise we will reach out for the next steps.

What do I do with the check once I’ve made the deposit?

You should keep possession of the check until you have availability of funds after it has posted to your account.
